Your Course Database
Add all your classes to your course database and fill in the number of sessions as well as the required attendance. That's all you got to set up here. All other fields are just used to calculate the required attendance (and return some more information), so you can ignore them.
If you don't want to see them, use the hide property option to clean up the interface.
Your Sessions Tracker
Move on to your Sessions Tracker and add a template for each course in your course database. Don't worry - you don't need to set up much. Simply copy one of the pre-loaded example templates and change the Belongs to this course relation.
That way, you will save a lot of extra clicks once you start adding sessions.
Once the semester starts, simply add a new session each time you attend a class. Pick the relevant template and it will automatically include this new session in the calculation of your overall attendance.
See it all in one place
The template also comes with a pre-defined widget that displays your attendance stats visually, so that you can see at a glance where you're at.
It's build as a synced block. You can easily add it anywhere in your workspace by pasting it and it will update whenever you add a new session to your database.
