Notion AI lets you translate entire pages with one click.

This feature is available in Notion plans that include the Notion AI add-on. It’s perfect for teams or individuals working across multiple languages. With just a few clicks, you can convert your page content into a wide range of supported languages, making collaboration and communication smoother.

At the moment, you’ll see this prompt whenever a page is in a language that is different from your workspace language.

To use this, open the page you want to translate and click at the three dots in the top-right corner. Select the “Translate” option and choose your desired language. Notion AI will process the content and provide a translated version instantly. It gives you the option to create a duplicate of the translation. Otherwise, it will change back to the original afterwards.

This feature supports languages like Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Spanish, Swedish.
