Notion AI usage now has its own view under Settings → Notion AI → Usage, showing how much of your allowance you have spent.

It tracks two windows: a rolling six-hour window and a monthly one tied to your billing cycle. The rolling window frees up gradually as older activity ages out, rather than resetting all at once at a set time.

The timing is the point — from August 3, 2026 the Notion AI usage allowance applies. If you reach it, you can wait for the rolling window to free up, or keep going on Notion credits where your workspace allows it.
