Notion Agent can now run on your ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan: connect your ChatGPT account to Notion, select a GPT model, and the session uses your ChatGPT plan instead of your workspace’s Notion plan.

It works in workspaces on the Business or Enterprise plan and only for members, not guests. Each person connects their own ChatGPT account, which has to use the same verified email address as their Notion account. Your ChatGPT plan is used only when you select a specific GPT model; with Auto or a non-GPT model the session runs on your workspace’s Notion credits, and the model picker shows which plan is in use before you send a message. If you reach the limit of your ChatGPT plan, Notion Agent asks you to switch to your workspace’s Notion credits to continue the session, and it switches back automatically once your ChatGPT usage is available again. It does not work with Custom Agents.

To connect, go to Settings → Notion AI → Usage and select Connect next to ChatGPT under Connected subscriptions, or open the model picker in Notion Agent and select Connect ChatGPT plan under Subscriptions. Sign in to ChatGPT, allow Notion to connect to your account, and return to Notion. In the same settings you can turn off Use your ChatGPT plan to stop using it without disconnecting, or select Disconnect to remove your ChatGPT account from Notion.
