Notion now lets you turn any block into a page inside a database using a selected template and automatically adds a link to that page in place of the original block.

Simply click on the six-dot menu of any block, then go to Turn into > Page in and type the template name. Select the template and the block will be turned into a page inside the database, with a link created to that page. This also works if you want to add a new page anywhere in Notion.

This is technically not a new feature, since it was possible to do this before – but it was hidden quite deep in the UI. The new implementation is a lot more user friendly and makes it easy to save pages in the right location while mentioning them in a different location.
