Map view lets you visualize your database items on an interactive map, perfect for planning trips, tracking sites, and organizing fieldwork.

This new Map View is powered by the new Place property, which can be easily populated by granting access to your current location, entering an address, or searching for a location name. Once the property is set up, you can add a map view to your database or create a new one by typing /map on a page. You can then click any pin to open the corresponding database item.

To get started, simply add a new Place property to your database and select Map when creating a new view. Keep in mind that for now, the map view can display up to 100 items at once, and filtering and sorting are text-based on the place’s name or address.
