You don’t have to provide full database access to someone anymore.

This is a major update for teams and companies, allowing you to set specific access rules for a page or database based on a person property. For example, you can automatically grant “Can edit” access to the “Owner” of a project or give “Can view” access to anyone selected in a “Reviewer” property. This level of control streamlines workflows and ensures the right people always have the right access.

To use these new rules, go to the Share menu on any page. You’ll see a new option to Add a new rule, where you can customize access based on a variety of properties and roles.
