Conditional coloring in databases is now much more powerful, working with formulas, relations, and rollups.
This tune-up expands conditional coloring far beyond simple properties. You can now set rules to color a row based on complex logic calculated by a formula (e.g., risk level), the status of a related project, or a numerical rollup (e.g., budget completion). This makes visual categorization incredibly dynamic.
To access these new options, open the ••• menu on your database view, select Conditional color, and choose + Add another. You will now see all your Formula, Relation, and Rollup properties available in the selection list.
