Our founder, Matthias Frank, trained to be a lawyer.
There, he saw first-hand how talented people were constantly slowed down by inefficient systems and clunky tools.
That frustration sparked a bigger question: What if internal operations could be as inspiring and empowering as the products ambitious teams create?

Meet Our Founder
I used to be a lawyer. I hated the inefficiency.
I spent years training for the courtroom, but I quickly realized something: Law is infrastructure. It surrounds innovation, but it rarely enables it.
During my time in legal practice, I saw brilliant minds drowning in bad processes. We were billing thousands of euros per hour, yet we were wasting hours clicking through broken interfaces and chasing lost files. It felt like "bullshit work" – tasks that exist only because the system is broken.
Then I found Notion. For the first time, I had the agency to build my own tools. I traded my case files for databases and never looked back.
Today, my goal is to build Europe's leading Notion consultancy.
