This is a running list of the tools and resources that helped me start my blog & newsletter and grow it to more than 10,000 subscribers in two and a half years. Page is still under construction and I’ll add more tools in the future.

Got an amazing tool and are looking to get it in front of thousands of tech-loving productivity fans? Get in contact and let’s see whether it would be a good fit.

My Tech Stack

Mailerlite

My newsletter provider since day one. Beginner friendly and affordable, yet powerful enough to grow a large newsletter and automate a ton of work.

Wordpress

The go-to blogging solution if you want DIY and endless customisability. If you’re just looking for something that works out of the box, probably not the right fit but if you love tinkering, then this is a no-brainer.

Oxygen

The website builder used for this website. Again, there are easier solutions out there but if you don’t mind a steeper learning curve, then Oxygen is a great tool to build blazing fast websites.

Tweethunter

All-in-one scheduling and ideation tool for twitter. If you’re serious about building an audience on twitter, then you should definitely check them out.

Black Magic

Less functionality for pure scheduling compared to Tweethunter, but offers a crazy amount of upgrades to the normal twitter experience that will make you go “how is this not part of default twitter?

Passionfroot

The perfect choice for anyone looking to turn their creator side-hustle into a real business. You get your own fully customisable storefront and can finally handle everything sponsorship related in one place. 10/10 recommend. You can see how my storefront looks here (and book a sponsorship slot if you’re interested).

Sparkloop

If you have a newsletter, you 100% should use Sparkloop. They offer a range of tools that will make it easier to grow and monetise your audience. I’ve put together a short Notion doc here that goes into more details.
